This site uses only World Wide Web Consortium specified HTML 4.01 for structure and content, and World Wide Web Consortium specified CSS2 for layout. It uses no vendor-specific extensions and complies to the HTML standard at the strict level, with one exception: off-site links may open in a new browser window. The HTML for the pages was validated with the World Wide Web Consortium HTML validator. The CSS for the site was validated with the World Wide Web Consortium CSS validator. This site proudly adheres to the Web Interoperability Pledge.
This site follows the Web Accessibility Initiative guidelines as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium. This site was validated with the Bobby accessibility validator from CAST (formerly the Center for Applied Special Technology). At a minimum, all of the images on this site use ALT tags to describe the image. If the image contains substantial content, clicking on the image leads to a page in which the content of the image is presented in text. All HTML in this site is hand-crafted to avoid the redundant tags generated by web authoring tools. The site layout was designed for a minimum browser size of 800×600 pixels but should be usable at 640×480.
