Finds the best fraction approximation of a specified number with a specified number of digits in the denominator.

Bisection Method

Finds zeroes (roots) of a real valued function of a real variable through the bisection method.

Complex Zeroes

A program to graphically find zeroes (roots) of a complex valued analytic function of a complex variable.

Factorization

Finds the prime factors of a number.

First Degree ODE

Graphs the slope field of a function f(x,y) and solutions y(x) for y'(x)=f(x,y(x)) for specified initial values of (x,y).

Newton’s Method

Find zeroes (roots) of a real valued function of a real variable through Newton’s method.

Pseudorandom Numbers

Generates pseudorandom numbers using an affine congruential generator.

Permutations

Generates permutations of a set of items and passes these permutations to a user-supplied subroutine for processing.

Romberg Integration

High accuracy numerical definite integration.

Rounding

Various rounding methods: round to high nearest, round to even nearest, round up, round down, round to number of digits.
